Meet your innate capacity to heal.
We heal when we feel safe. When our nervous system can downshift out of survival or thaw out to activate our power.
I am not going to pretend it isn’t a wild, vulnerable journey. But it is an easier, gentler and more expedient path when the work is about reconnecting to the body instead of bypassing our corporeal experience altogether (or that always ineffective approach - trying harder).
Once again, my name is Rowen —my birth name is Sean, I’ve spent the last 13 years as an intuitive somatic healer and Neurofeedback clinician primarily working with trauma.
I survived my own life threatening illness that left me bedbound for most of a decade because I listened— and learned somatic healing.
I spent many years staring at a wall, breathing into chronic pain and debilitating symptoms — learning how to listen to and befriend the intelligence underneath the pain. Pain is often a messenger that needs to be heard. I am here to help you reconnect to your birthright sense of physical and mental wellbeing.
I’ve worked with everyone from college students navigating chronic fatigue and social anxiety, to accident victims with head injury and chronic pain to high-powered CEOS who’ve hit burnout from repressed childhood trauma.
If you suspect your symptoms of looping thoughts, chronic tension and pain, dissociation, anxiety or fatigue have a deeper message — reach out. I’d love to offer you an initial session.
