Meet your innate capacity to heal.

We heal when we feel safe. When our nervous system can downshift out of survival or thaw out to activate our power.

I am not going to pretend it isn’t a wild, seemingly impossible —vulnerable journey. But it is an easier, gentler and more expedient path when the work is about reconnecting to the body instead of bypassing our corporeal experience altogether (or that always ineffective approach - trying harder).

I had to learn this the hard way. Again, my name is Sean —or you may know me as Rowen as I recently returned to my birth name. Personally, my life is evidence of the raw truth of what it is to heal. Healing, in my view is becoming who we truly are. Reclaiming that truth in partnership with the body. Receiving the body’s messages and attuning even more deeply to innate health.

I have lived an unbelievable journey myself - and spent over a decade at the crux of life and death — complete depersonalization and profound, embodied realization. Somehow after immense trial, error, suffering and surrender, I have not only survived, but emerged fully alive. I have become ‘new.’

A few years after I first became sick, (but regained energy with LENS Neurofeedback), I started devoting myself to helping others. Since 2014, I have dedicated myself to emergent holism — holding my clients with presence, possibility and providing customized nervous system healing solutions. All of the skills and tools I bring to my craft come from embodied experience and realizations found on my own path of recovery, as well as the wisdom and guidance of a few incredible Somatic teachers.

I am a seasoned intuitive guide, somatic coach, biofeedback / neurofeedback clinician, and soon to be a craniosacral practitioner specializing in complex trauma and existential somatic repatterning.

I survived my own life-threatening illness that left me bedbound for most of a decade because I was forced to get quiet, to listen— learn to love my body and comprehend somatic wisdom.

I spent many years staring at a wall, breathing through chronic pain and debilitating symptoms — learning how to listen to and befriend the intelligence underneath the pain. Pain is often a messenger that needs to be heard. I don’t know the message of your pain, but I am here to help you reconnect back with the aliveness just beneath it —so you can reclaim more than what felt lost.

I’ve worked with everyone from college students navigating chronic fatigue and social anxiety, to car accident victims with severe head injury and chronic pain to high-powered CEOS who’ve hit burnout from repressed childhood trauma.

If deep down, you feel a glimmer of possibility, openness to change beyond fear, reach out. Healing is put simply, becoming new. When we listen, hold space and honor what has been— a whole new paradigm for your life might emerge — and life can get easier, starting with your nervous system. I’d love to offer you an initial session.

Sean Svoboda, she/her, Certified Somatic Coach, LENS Neurofeedback Provider.

Sean is a Certified Somatic Coach and the owner of Somata Healing Collective with an estimated 8,000 sessions given in somatic and energy healing. She is a highly intuitive practitioner with experience with CPTSD, head injury, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, attachment wounding and more.

Sean has served since 2013 working full-time in private practice, counseling centers, concussion clinics, addictions centers and more - offering LENS Neurofeedback and somatic coaching.

She is currently a student in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and will obtain her (BCST) in Craniosacral Therapy and Polarity Coaching in Jan 2027. This modality has added so much profound support to her other somatic methods and amplifies and integrates LENS Neurofeedback.

Sean has created Somatic programs as a Lead Neurofeedback and Somatic Clinician in counseling centers, but she is not a psychotherapist. She has 10 years experience working as a registered (layperson) psychotherapist under extensive supervision, before this designation ended in 2022, and was trained as an addictions counselor. Her work now is strictly somatic coaching and LENS neurofeedback —opting for a more integrative and hands-on approach instead of a clinical one.

In addition to her private practice, she sees clients at the Colorado Concussion Clinic where she co-leads a Neurofeedback program in the treatment of traumatic brain injury. Her gift is sensing and supporting the body to sequence through chronic pain patterning with Body applications of LENS Neurofeedback, light therapy and experiential somatic regulation support.

She loves working with those highly sensitive and neurodivergent clients who haven’t been helped or understood by other practitioners — or who no longer respond to traditional therapies. Her work is adept and attuned to the individual needs of her clients, having obtained the lived experience of what blocks and what exponentiates healing.

She has also spent extensive time working (2+) years as a retreat guide and naturalist, guiding hundreds of people in transformational experiences such as vision quests, grief ceremonies, chronic illness retreats, end-of-life tours, memorials and more. She will offer nature-based emergence experiences, land journeys, workshops and blessing-ways in the near future.
